Customers may choose “The Real Stuff” Grade A syrup in either medium or dark amber color. We also offer “Extra Dark For Cooking” (Grade B) syrup. Generally, darker color syrup has a more robust flavor than lighter color syrup. Extra Dark (Grade B) has a very pronounced flavor that works well in many recipes. If you are unsure which you prefer, we recommend Grade A medium amber for your table use and the Extra Dark for your cooking needs. All syrup is hot packed in a premium quality plastic jug available in sizes from a ½ pint to 1 gallon.
