Maple Plastic Jug
Customers may choose “The Real Stuff” Grade A syrup in either medium or dark amber color. We also offer “Extra Dark For Cooking” (Grade B) syrup. Generally, darker color syrup has a more robust flavor than lighter color syrup. Extra Dark (Grade B) has a very pronounced flavor that works well in many recipes. If you are unsure which you prefer, we recommend Grade A medium amber for your table use and the Extra Dark for your cooking needs. All syrup is hot packed in a premium quality plastic jug available in sizes from a ½ pint to 1 gallon.

Granulated Maple Sugar
Granulated Maple sugar is made by boiling and stirring the pure maple syrup until all the moisture has been removed and the syrup turns into the granular form. After the larger granules have been screened out, it is packed in plastic “shaker” jars and sealed. Use “The Real Stuff” granulated sugar on oatmeal, sprinkle on toast, add to coffee, or as a cake topping. You will, without a doubt, think of many other uses for this all natural, dry maple sugar. |

Maple sugar candy is molded into various shapes and packaged in clear plastic bags. Our candy is not crystal coated and therefore is intended to be consumed within a few weeks of purchase. “The Real Stuff” is made in small batches as needed to ensure freshness.
